We size each new air conditioning system in Johnson City to the house by calculation, rather than matching the unit being replaced.

Why Johnson City calls us
About service in Johnson City
Do you cover Johnson City?
Yes. Johnson City is a regular part of our Tri-Cities route, for homes and businesses alike. We are based at 119 E Main St in Church Hill and work across the Tri-Cities and upper East Tennessee every day.
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on the day and on how many emergency calls are already underway, but Johnson City is well within our normal service routes. Call (423) 357-1922 and our office will give you a clear picture of the day’s schedule.
Do you work on brands other than Carrier?
Yes, we work on all makes and models. Being a factory-authorized Carrier dealer shapes what we sell and stock parts for, not what our technicians can service.
Is there a charge to come out?
There is a diagnostic fee for a service call, and we will tell you what it is before we come out. Estimates on new equipment are free. We are not able to give estimates for diagnostics or repairs, because those need a technician on site.
Whether the job is in Johnson City or across the street from our shop, you get the same crews, the same certifications and the same phone number.
