A new installation is the one chance to get the whole system right — the equipment, the ductwork and the airflow — before any of it is buried in a wall.
We handle new-construction rough-in on a builder’s schedule, working from plans and coordinating with the other trades so the mechanical work keeps pace with the rest of the job. Because we fabricate our own sheet metal, duct runs are made to fit the building rather than the building being adapted to stock fittings.
For additions, bonus rooms, garages and shops, a ductless mini-split is often a better answer than extending a duct system that is already stretched, which can leave the whole house less comfortable.
Every installation is commissioned: airflow measured, charge verified, controls set and demonstrated to you before we leave.

How an installation works
- 1
A free estimate
Estimates on new equipment are free, and financing is available with approved credit.
- 2
Sized by calculation
We size the system with a load calculation for your house, rather than matching the nameplate on the old unit.
- 3
Made to fit
Where the new cabinet needs duct or plenum work, we fabricate it in our own shop.
- 4
Tested and explained
We measure airflow, verify the charge, set the controls and show you how everything works before we leave.

Before you book
Do you work with builders and general contractors?
Yes, regularly. New-construction rough-in, phased scheduling and progress work are normal parts of what we do, and having our own metal shop means the duct package does not hold up the schedule.
Can you add air conditioning to a house that has never had it?
Usually yes. Where there is no existing ductwork the choice is between installing a duct system or using ductless units, and the right answer depends on the house’s layout, insulation and attic access. We will look at the house and tell you which makes sense.
How far ahead should I book?
